Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Analyse financial data for trends, variances, and areas for improvement: This helps identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
Prepare budgets and forecasts: This provides a roadmap for financial planning and decision-making.
Perform variance analysis: This helps understand why actual results differ from budgeted or forecasted figures.
Accounting Operations:
Manage the general ledger: This includes posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining account balances.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable: This includes managing invoices, payments, and collections.
Maintain and reconcile fixed asset records: This ensures accurate tracking of company property.
Prepare and review bank reconciliations: This ensures that bank statements match the company’s records.
Compliance and Audit:
Ensure compliance with financial.
Assist with audits and tax preparation.
This includes gathering information for auditors and preparing tax returns.
Maintain accurate financial records.

Supervision and Support:

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years in accounting, with a strong background in the construction industry.
Strong accounting and analytical skills:
