We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our HR department, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the field of human resources.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare and maintain employee records, such as contracts, personal data, and leave records.
Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including performance management and employee engagement.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related information.
Maintain HR databases and systems.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a related role is a plus.
Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
